Step 1 Warm up

3. Guess the present for children: Is that …?
4. Show a picture book: The seven coloured flower
Tell the story about Jenny
Review the words and sentences in Unit 5: Look at my… It’s…How nice!
5. Would you like a seven coloured flower? It’s just for good boy and girl.
During this lesson, you should try to get the seven petals.
Step 2 Presentation and practice
1. Draw a seven coloured flower, then review the words about colours: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, brown, white, black.
2. A magic show
Watch the cartoon, try to answer: What’s the magic about?
It’s about the colours.
3. Listen to the tape, order and colour Yang Ling’s skirt.
Orange--> green--> red and yellow
