在拿到培训班的课程表时,我注意到了博导顾佩娅教授,哥伦比亚大学双硕士和一个博士学位。专门搞教学研究。未见其人,已心生敬佩。听了她的讲座后,我更是觉得受益匪浅。她给我们学员发的一张自测表引起了我的兴趣。阅读它的过程就是一个自我反思的过程。我想能做到全部的老师一定是个极其完美的教育者,我不相信有绝对的完美,但我相信有每一天一点一滴地提高。我们不能做一个含糊的老师,每堂课走进教室之前都要有个明确的目的,语言要精练,讲解要清晰,练习要有效。最好的老师是善于启发学生的,不同类型的学生用不同的方式,难于“攻克”的学生要想办法另辟蹊径。没有最好的办法只有最适合自己学生的办法。下面这些问题我把它们列出来供同行们一起反思改进。I make good and clear decisions about my teaching.

I like to think about the new and unknown methods in class.
