上学期,我参与了校“自主杯”青年教师评优课比赛,在这一过程中,我认真备课、上课,并及时进行反思:一.教学设计方面:
1.优点:以两个小游戏导入本课,并采用Task-based Teaching -- Colorful Clubs(七彩少年宫),学生们必须像游戏闯关一样完成四个任务即Sports time, Story time, Show time和Fun time才能顺利加入七彩少年宫。最后的巩固环节以培养学生的综合语言运动能力为目标,进行听、说、读、写的输出。
2.不足:在新授单词学习完后,进行了Magic eyes的游戏来巩固单词,但对于四年级的学生太说,记忆效果不佳;在针对“Liu Tao是否会打篮球”这一问题学习了at first和at last这两个新词组,但在实际教学中并没有进行深入的学习,只是进行了简单的认读;在课文的Listen and repeat 中每一句话都进行了听录音跟读,强调模仿,过于面面俱到。
3.改进意见:在新授单词教完后,可将简单的Magic eyes转化为可以给予学生1—2分钟自己内化单词的时间,让他们自己背一背,记一记,学习、记忆单词的效果可能更好;at first和at last这两个虽是新词组,但这两词组较简单,可以进行进一步的教学;在课文的Listen and repeat可以挑选几句重点句型进行跟读模仿和纠正,不必面面俱到每句都跟读;最后一部分的巩固环节,可加入听力检测,因为四年级的英语学习,听力的训练是个很重要的方面,在之后的备课中应该有意识的加强这一部分。
二.教学策略方面:
1.优点:整节课采用多种教学策略相结合的方式。演示法和实践法:在listen, read and judge这个游戏,老师带着学生边说边做动作让学生初步感知句型I can …,带动学生在课堂开始时的学习热情,也为下一步学习进行铺垫;在第一个任务Sports time中,我借用实物篮球与学生问答,直观教学,鼓励学生在玩中学,激发学习动力与学习兴趣。问题教学法:在第二个任务Story time中,以常规的问题导入方式来观看动画、理解文本。讨论法和合作学习:第三第四个任务Show time和Fun time给了学生充分的表演机会,培养了学生语言的综合运动能力。
2.不足:忽视了四年级英语课学习的整合性,在学习新授句型时,除了问Can you play basketball?还可将play basketball替换为一至四年级学过的别的动词词组,然后同桌自由问答或者小组合作交流。
3.改进意见:在学习新授句型时,除了问Can you play basketball?还可询问Can you play football/table tennis?等等,这样可以将之前的旧知运动类词汇和新知Can you...?的句型整合起来。
三.教学测评方面:
1.优点:关注学生的课堂学习时效,在教学过程中,通过正确、积极的教学测评,师生互动问答、学生表演等来准确的把握教学目标的完成情况,并根据实际教学情况,发挥教育机智,改进教学方法,提高教学效果。
2.不足:例如在教授at first和at last这两个新词组时,英语学习较好的学生可能课外学习时就已掌握,我不能因为极少数学生回答出来就忽略了对这两个词组的教学;最后表演的输出知识阶段,让学生多多参与课堂评价。
3.改进意见:书本以外的知识在课堂中出现,在学生可接受的范围内,也要进行进一步的教学;小组表演完时,让学生参与课堂评价,例如:Read together ★
Read and act ★★ Act it out ★ ★ ★,让学生互评小星星,并指出不足之处和需要改进的地方。
总的来说,在今后的教学中,我要加强学习内容的整合性、学生内化的时间和方式以及自身语言素养的不断提高,从课堂上的关注自我表现到关注学生真正的学习状态和时效。
